Customers must notify SunGrid Solar within 4 days of the occurrence of any eligible refund event.
Refund Procedure:
Customers must submit a written refund request to SunGrid Solar, detailing the reason for the refund along with supporting documentation.
Upon receipt of the refund request, SunGrid Solar will conduct a thorough investigation to verify the claim.
If the claim is found to be valid, SunGrid Solar will initiate the refund process within 10 days of the approval.
Refund Options:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
In cases where the original payment method is not feasible, SunGrid Solar may offer alternative refund options at its discretion.
Deductions and Fees:
SunGrid Solar reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees or charges incurred in processing the refund, including but not limited to restocking fees or shipping costs.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:
Changes in customer preferences or circumstances.
Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or maintenance by the customer.
Normal wear and tear.
Any product or service not covered under the original contract agreement.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes regarding refund eligibility or processing, both parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation and mediation.
Policy Updates:
SunGrid Solar reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
